Conduct and Equal Treatment

Last updated: 3 September 2026

We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all staff, clients, and third parties. All individuals interacting with Vinegar Creative—whether as employees, contractors, clients, or visitors - are expected to treat others with courtesy, dignity, and respect at all times.

We do not tolerate any form of discrimination, harassment, victimisation, or abusive behaviour directed at any person on the basis of a protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010. Furthermore, we strictly prohibit sexual harassment, which includes any unwanted conduct of a sexual nature regardless of whether it relates to a protected characteristic. This policy applies to all interactions, whether in person, in writing, over the telephone, or via electronic communication and social media.

Vinegar Creative takes all reasonable steps to prevent such conduct, including misconduct by clients, contractors, and third parties. Any staff member or client found to have engaged in discriminatory, harassing, or abusive behaviour will face appropriate action. For clients, this may include the suspension or termination of services; for staff, it may lead to disciplinary action up to and including dismissal, in accordance with our internal policies.

We encourage anyone who experiences or witnesses conduct that falls short of these standards to report it immediately to [contact/department]. Reports made in good faith will be handled without fear of detriment or retaliation.
