The Project: Launched in 2018 at London Olympia and repeated in 2019, Packaging Innovations showcases the latest and future trends for the packaging industry, with over 170 exhibitors and thousands of best in class packaging examples . As a new venture, we were brought in to develop its visual identity to use across all materials, from advertising to the programme and website design.
The Idea: To bring out the 3 packaging categories highlighted at the show in a harmonised way to promote the overall show, whilst giving each its own distinct identity.
The Execution: Drawing upon the packaging theme, we created a box as the main visual vehicle for the show. Using a different colour for each category, each box opens to relevant imagery for its category: Luxury, Branded and Inspirational, Technology.
